AROBIS develops and integrates customer-specific robotics and automation solutions. With new projects, the demand grows for people who can reliably bring together mechanics, electrical engineering, software, and production processes.
The profiles below describe positions in which we want to strengthen our team on an ongoing basis. The specific entry point depends on project situation, technical fit, and a jointly agreed scope of responsibilities. Software & Control
You develop control sequences that reliably connect mechanics, robotics, sensors, and operation.
Your responsibilities
✓Develop PLC and HMI software for individual plants
✓Integrate I/O, drives, fieldbuses, and machine interfaces
✓Work out fault cases, manual operation, and diagnostic concepts
✓Support commissioning and optimization up to production start-up
What you bring
✓Training, technician qualification, or degree in electrical/automation engineering
✓Practical experience with common PLC and HMI systems
✓Structured troubleshooting and understanding of electrical diagrams
✓Willingness to travel for planned project phases
Robotics & Commissioning
You bring robots, grippers, and the process together reliably and optimize movements wherever the system actually produces.
Your responsibilities
✓Create robot programs and motion sequences
✓Set up tools, coordinate systems, and process parameters
✓Test interfaces to the PLC and peripheral devices
✓Optimize cycle time, availability, and process stability
What you bring
✓Experience with at least one common industrial robot system
✓Understanding of grippers, fixtures, and safety
✓Calm, methodical work during commissioning
✓Willingness for customer assignments scheduled by time
Mechanical engineering & special-purpose machine construction
You develop grippers, fixtures, cell setups, and mechanical interfaces that can be manufactured, assembled, and maintained.
Your responsibilities
✓Baugruppen, Greifer und Vorrichtungen konstruieren
✓Layouts, Zugänglichkeit und Kollisionsräume abstimmen
✓Fertigungszeichnungen und Stücklisten erstellen

Programmierung endet nicht beim fehlerfreien Übersetzen
Eine gute Steuerung ist im Handbetrieb verständlich, im Automatikablauf robust und im Fehlerfall diagnostizierbar. Dafür müssen Software, Schaltplan und reales Verhalten zusammenpassen.
Bei AROBIS arbeiten Programmierung und elektrische Prüfung deshalb eng zusammen – von der ersten I/O-Liste bis zur optimierten Anlage.

Individuelle Automatisierung braucht mechanische Lösungen, die nicht nur im CAD funktionieren. Bauteiltoleranzen, Sensorzugang, Schlauchführung, Wechselteile, Wartung und reale Kräfte gehören von Anfang an dazu.
Deshalb werden Entwürfe gemeinsam mit Technikern und Programmierern geprüft und am realen Werkstück validiert.

Yes. Please clearly show which experience you already have and which topics you want to develop in. What matters are solid fundamentals and a realistic technical assessment.
Helpful are experiences with common industrial robots and PLC/HMI systems, especially from real plant project work. Manufacturer knowledge is important, but process understanding and systematic working count just as much.
Design and software development include planned engineering portions. Since AROBIS integrates real systems, coordination in the workshop and, depending on the role, commissioning at the customer’s site are also part of the job.
Specialists from mechanical engineering, maintenance, electrical engineering, or production can fit well if they bring relevant technical experience. The potential entry path is assessed individually based on the tasks.
